Dr. Maggie graduated from the Calgary College of Traditional Chinese Medicine and Acupuncture with a Diploma of Acupuncture, and is a registered Doctor of Acupuncture. She is excited to help others live their most vibrant and balanced lives through holistic care. Dr. Maggie discovered her passion for Acupuncture and holistic health after years of working in the demanding hospitality industry. The late nights, irregular hours, and poor diet took their toll, and she got to a point where she needed to make a change. This is what led her to discovering the transformative power of Acupuncture. After experiencing firsthand the profound healing effects of this ancient medicine, she knew it was her calling to become an Acupuncturist.
Her approach to healing is centered around creating a nurturing and empowering environment where patients feel confident in their healing journey. Dr. Maggie believes that when patients are educated and invested, they are better equipped to take control of their health.
Dr. Maggie wants to introduce this medicine to as many people as possible because she loves nothing more than helping people live the life they deserve. She loves incorporating many modalities into her treatments such as Acupuncture, electrostimulation, gua sha, cupping, herbs and dietary therapy; all customized to meet the unique needs of each individual.
When she’s not in the clinic, you can find Dr. Maggie connecting with nature through gardening or camping, or expressing her creativity through writing and cooking.
Dr. Maggie is keen on working with conditions, such as:
- Women’s Health
- Digestion
- Mental Health

Dr. Mandie Gillette studied Acupuncture and Traditional Chinese Medicine in Calgary, and is a registered Doctor of Acupuncture, with a Diploma in Traditional Chinese Medicine. She is an Acupuncturist who is passionate about her work. She was introduced to Acupuncture when she was pregnant with her daughter and then again when she sought relief from carpal tunnel pain and IBS symptoms. It was such a life changing experience for her that she made the decision to become an Acupuncturist so that she could help others experience this amazing medicine.
Her dream is to be able to share Acupuncture with as many people as possible and show them what a beautiful, relaxing, and effective treatment it truly is. Her own fear of needles has helped her develop a very gentle needling technique which most patients find surprising and comforting, and best of all, helpful in their journey to health.
If you can’t find Dr. Mandie in the clinic, or teaching what she loves to budding Acupuncture students at the school, you will find her hanging out with her beautiful daughter Amelia, Lupin the rabbit, and their very lazy, but cuddly, bearded dragon Atlas.
She says that the best part of her job is when patients make comments such as “I wish I could bottle this feeling!”
